As a Washington State Labor & Industries (L&I) approved provider, we deliver expert care for injured workers, from the initial evaluation to ongoing treatment. We focus on safe, timely recovery and return-to-work plans tailored to your job requirements.
As a Veteran-owned clinic, we understand the dedication and sacrifices made in service. Our providers offer NEXUS and medical opinion letters to help veterans document service-connected medical conditions with compassion and accuracy.
