I had an excellent experience at Global Health DOC in Lacey, WA. I called for a same-day DOT physical, and Dr. Albert Massaquoi was willing to come in on his day off just to see me. I ended up getting lost and arrived about 10 minutes late, but they still saw me instead of rescheduling, something I really appreciated.

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable. Dr. Massaquoi explained every test and step of the DOT physical with full transparency. The whole process was smooth, professional, and respectful. The cost was also very reasonable compared to other locations in the area, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend Global Health DOC and Dr. Albert Massaquoi for anyone needing a DOT physical. Outstanding service, great communication, and a doctor who truly cares about his patients
